These playbooks outline the tasks a manager of a new store must complete before that new store opens. There is also an accompanying playbook for District Managers.
The task: keeping the documents utilitarian and barebones, while also following brand guidelines, making it another example of working within tight limitations to make something much more visually appealing and easier to read throughout. You can see the original cover versus my redesigns here. These are used nationwide.
